Cheese Stick Rolls
400 g paneer (cottage cheese), Samarial in strips
4 wheat flour loaves
8-10 onion rings
1 teaspoon pepper salt
1 teaspoon Sarco
1 teaspoon of oil
1 medium sambar onion
1 medium samaritan tomato
Half a teaspoon of peach-garlic paste
½ teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
3 spoons of cold yogurt
Mayonnaise as needed
Green chutney as required
Sprinkle chaat masala
Method of preparation
1. Mix the round pickled onions and green chillies with vinegar and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add pickled onions and fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
3. Add peach garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cheese pieces and fry. Add garam masala powder and curd. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Take a roti and spread some mayonnaise and green chutney on it.
5. Add some paneer to the roti and add the onion-chili mixture. After that sprinkle chaat masala and make tight rolls.
Cheese nuggets
200 grams of cheese
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons red chili sauce
2 teaspoons peach-garlic paste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Lots of sprinkles
for coating
Cornflour solution for dipping
Oil for deep frying
Method of preparation
1. Cut the cheese into ½ inch cubes.
2. Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, peach-garlic paste, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Add paneer pieces and mix well.
3. Sprinkle flour over a piece of cheese, roll it up and dip it in the cornflour solution. Repeat the process one more time.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer pieces until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with sweet chilli chutney.
Cheese Cutlets
200 grams of cheese
2-3 medium potatoes, buffalo and choli
1-2 green chillies
2 teaspoons fresh coriander
1 medium sambar onion
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon paneer masala
Salt to taste
½ cup fresh bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Green chutney to serve
Method of preparation
1. Mix potatoes, green chilies, cumin seeds, onions, turmeric powder, red chili powder and paneer masala in a large bowl. Add salt to it and grate the cheese. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
2. Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a cutlet.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Drop the prepared cutlets into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
