- 1 bowl millet flour
- 2 tsp oil for frying
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 2 spoons of curd
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Wash and clean 100 grams of fenugreek vegetables.
- 8-10 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
First take flour in a big bowl. Now add mung beans and all ingredients. Mix well with hands. Now add water and mix flour for thepla. Now take its lua and weave it with the help of kora wheat ataman.
