Dietitian Simran Bhasin, who has been sharing insights related to weight loss on her Instagram profile, shared a video on how homemakers can lose at least 5-6 kilos in just 40 days with a simple diet plan.
‘Housewives work every day without any pay with pure intention and whole heart for the family but let’s think about them. Here’s a diet plan for all homemakers who want to lose weight or eat healthy with simple home-cooked meals. This weight loss diet plan for housewives is completely homemade and includes easy options,’ the dietician wrote in her caption.
Weight Loss Diet Plan for Housewives
Here are the diet plans that housewives can follow to lose extra kilos in just 40 days:
Early morning: 1 glass of plain water, 4 nuts and 1 apple.
Breakfast: Lots of vegetables with poha or upma or vermicelli, and a cup of lemon tea.
mid-morning : 1 glass of buttermilk and salad (at lunch).
Lunch: Simple homemade vegetable with 1 bran chapati. Avoid adding potatoes or Arabica.
Dinner: 1 cup green tea with 4-5 nuts.
Dinner: Prepare your soup batch by 7pm, heat it up and drink it for dinner. Have 1 large bowl of soup and 1 bowl of dal (usually homemade) for each.
After dinner: 1 cup of milk
