Stella King has been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director and member of the Nomination Committee, with effect from 1 April 2025.
Stella is currently at Moncler where she joined thirteen years ago in 2011 as President of Asia Pacific. He moved into the role of Chief Chinese Business Officer in January 2022 and will step down from that role on 31 December 2024. He also served as a non-executive director of Moncler subsidiary Stone Island between March 2021 and April 2024. Earlier in her career, Stella served as Sergio Rossi’s Asia Pacific President and held various managerial positions at Lane Crawford in mainland China.
The Company confirms that no further information will be disclosed in accordance with LR 6.4.8 R in respect of Stella King’s appointment.
Fabiola Arredondo and Antoine de Saint-Affrique will retire from the Board as non-executive directors after the AGM to be held in July 2025.
Fabiola has served as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee since his appointment on 10 March 2015. He has also served as a former Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Antoine joined the Board on 1 January 2021 and has been a member of the Audit and Nomination Committee since that date. Fabiola and Antoine will continue to serve as committee members until they retire from the board.
