What is the method of making milk cake?
Step 1
First boil milk in a pan. Keep stirring until the milk reduces by half. When the milk is half boiled, add two teaspoons of lemon juice to it. After adding the lemon juice, the milk will start curdling.
Step 2
Now add sugar to the milk and keep stirring the milk well until the sugar dissolves in the milk. Add sugar to milk according to taste. Then when the milk thickens, add a teaspoon of desi ghee to it. Now you have to lower the gas temperature too.
Step 3
Cook the milk on low heat until it turns brown in color. Next, to set the delicious milk cake, take a pot or any big bowl and apply desi ghee all around.
Step 4
Slowly pour the prepared hot milk cake into the pan. You need to let the milk cake cool for at least 6 hours. Do not refrigerate.
