This government of fascist Yunus is not fulfilling any responsibility towards the public. By usurping power they are making it difficult for public welfare works. People are troubled by inflation. Even hungry people are collecting food from dustbins.
Attempt to erase the history of liberation war
Former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that the aim of Mohammad Yunus’ government is to create anger in the minds of people against those who fought for freedom. This government is trying to erase the history and spirit of the liberation war.
He said that these people are spreading fabricated stories to destroy the spirit of Bangladeshi freedom struggle. If this happens then they will turn the great achievement of Bengalis into a disgrace.
The movement against reservation had carried out a coup
In Bangladesh, on June 5, the High Court had implemented 30% quota system in jobs, after which the students of universities in Dhaka were protesting. This reservation was being given to the families of freedom fighters. When this reservation was abolished, students started demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Within no time, a large number of students and common people came out on the streets against the Prime Minister and his government.
Two months after this protest, on August 5, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister and left Bangladesh and came to India. After this the army took command of the country.
