Jithin VS, who has lost 35 kg weight by following the special chart, has now shared it on his Instagram page. He posts about the drinks and foods that have helped him achieve the impossible.

Here is Jithin’s interesting diet plan
Sharing the video, he captioned it, “His diet plan can help you lose fat.” This plan includes his morning routine, breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, special afternoon snacks and dinner. Each meal also has different options.
Morning Routine (6 AM)
- Drink: 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon.
- Optional: Black coffee or green tea (without sugar)
Breakfast (8 am)
Option 1:
- 2 boiled eggs (12 grams of protein)
- 2 small idlis with sambar (4-5 g protein)
Option 2:
- 1 cup mung bean sprout salad (15 grams of protein)
- 1 dosa with chutney (5 g protein)
Mid-morning Snacks (11am)
- 1 cup buttermilk (3-4 grams of protein)
- 1 handful of roasted peanuts (7 grams of protein)
Lunch (one in the afternoon)
Option 1:
- 1 cup cooked brown rice or millet
- 1 cup dal or sambar (10 grams of protein)
- 1 cup roasted vegetables with coconut
- 100 grams of grilled chicken or fish (25 grams of protein)
Option 2 (Vegetarian):
- 100g cheese or tofu instead of chicken/fish (20-25g protein)
Afternoon Snacks (4pm)
- 1 cup masala tea (without sugar)
- 2 hard-boiled egg whites or a handful of roasted chickpeas (8 grams of protein)
Dinner (7 pm)
Option 1:
- 1 cup bajra dosa or wheat dosa
- 1 cup spinach or drumstick soup (5 grams of protein)
- 100 grams of fried fish or chicken (25 grams of protein)
Option 2 (Vegetarian):
- 2 multigrain rotis with 1 cup dal or rajma curry (12-15 grams of protein)
- Post-dinner (9pm)
- 1 scoop of protein powder with 1 glass of warm yellow milk (8 grams of protein)

Incidentally, Jithin also shared some important tips while on a diet. He recommends avoiding deep-fried or high-calorie foods and using only a little coconut oil or ghee when cooking. He also recommends staying hydrated throughout the day and recommends walking for 10-15 minutes after eating to aid digestion and weight loss.
