Delicious brunch treats
Do them 1-3 days in advance: Granola recipes will stay fresh for up to a month or two, so feel free to make them anytime! After baking the cinnamon rolls and/or French toast, place them covered in the refrigerator and reheat individual rolls or slices in the microwave. Check out the overnight baking instructions before baking the cinnamon rolls and French toast.
Freeze them ahead of time: Granola does not need to be frozen as it will stay fresh for a long time. To freeze cinnamon rolls or French toast bakes, wrap individual rolls, slices or whole French toast bakes in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil, and then in freezer-friendly bags. When you’re ready to serve, simply thaw the rolls, slices, or pans in the refrigerator overnight and then heat in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
Pancakes and waffles
Make them ahead of time: No need to rush your pancakes right now, you can actually make them ahead of time and keep them warm in the oven! Simply preheat your oven to 200 degrees F, add your pancakes or waffles to a baking sheet or oven-safe plate, and place in the oven until you’re ready to serve.
Freeze ahead of time: Place the pancakes on a baking sheet so they are not touching and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes (this is called flash freezing), then place them in a freezer safe container and refrigerate for up to 3 months. Once ready to reheat, simply add the pancakes to a plate and microwave or pop in the toaster for 30-60 seconds or until heated through.

Oatmeal
Make it 1-3 days in advance: Make sure the baked oatmeal or oatmeal cups are completely cooled and then cover the entire pan with tinfoil or place the baked oatmeal pieces and oatmeal cups in an airtight container before transferring them to the refrigerator. You can reheat individual slices of baked oatmeal or oatmeal cups in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Freeze ahead of time: Once the baked oatmeal or oatmeal cups are completely cooled, wrap individual portions of the baked oatmeal or oatmeal cups in plastic wrap and tinfoil. When you’re ready to eat, place the wrapped frozen square of baked oatmeal (or oatmeal cups) in a microwave safe dish and microwave in 30 second intervals for 1-2 minutes. If you want to freeze a whole baked oatmeal for later, reheat it in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes while covered with tinfoil.
